Note:
Before your order is shipped, Bridelily has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Because of this, total delivery time is different from shipping time alone.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. To track your package:
- Click the track link, which is provided in the shipping confirmation email.
- If you have not received a shipping information email or your tracking number is missing, please contact our customer service team via live chat or email.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Please kindly make your order earlier so we can have enough time to work on it.
If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.
Processing time differs from category to category. Please refer to the product details page for more precise processing to better estimate when you will receive your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
