Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your dress style, choose your size and color, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase. If you need a custom size, please leave your measurements in the order notes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Why didn't I receive my confirmation email from Bridelily?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically once your order is successfully placed. If you haven't received one within 12 hours, please contact us right away. Our team will locate your order and resend the confirmation.

Here are the most common reasons you may not have received it:

Incorrect Email Address — Please double-check that the email address entered at checkout is correct and actively monitored. A typo is the most common cause of missing confirmation emails.

Spam or Junk Folder — Some email providers automatically filter our messages. Please check your spam or junk folder.

Email Provider Delays — Occasionally, certain email providers (e.g., Hotmail, Yahoo) experience delivery delays. If you use one of these, please allow a little extra time before contacting us.

Afterpay Payment Sync Delay — If you completed your purchase using Afterpay, please note that it may take 2–3 days for our system to sync and confirm your payment. Please wait and check your inbox again after this period. If you still haven't received a confirmation email, your payment may not have been completed successfully — please contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun. Please contact us as soon as possible at our Contact Us page if you need to make changes.

What does "Made to Order" mean?

When you purchase a Made to Order item, your dress is created from scratch just for you — not pulled from a shelf. This means every piece is tailored to your specifications, giving you a truly personalized result while minimizing unnecessary inventory waste.

Need it sooner? Check at checkout whether rush production or expedited shipping is available for your chosen style — selecting either option can help get your dress to you faster when every day counts.

Sizing & Customization

How do I find my correct size?

We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to our size chart available on each product page. If you fall between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. For the best fit, consider ordering a custom size.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Yes! Most of our dresses are available in custom sizes at no extra charge or a small additional fee. Simply provide your measurements (bust, waist, hips, and hollow-to-floor) in the order notes at checkout, and our tailors will make the dress to your exact specifications.

Can I request customizations such as changing the neckline, color, or sleeve length?

We do accommodate certain customization requests. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your specific requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What if the color I want isn't available?

If you can't find the color you're looking for on our product page, please reach out to our customer service team via live chat or email. We'll send you a fabric color swatch card for the dress you're interested in, so you can browse through all the available color options and choose the one that's closest to what you have in mind.

However, please note that if your desired color isn't on the swatch card either, it's likely that we are unable to produce the dress in that color at this time.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my dress?

Most dresses require 10–15 business days for production, plus shipping time. Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your event to allow time for production, shipping, and any alterations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs vary by destination. You can view estimated shipping costs at checkout.

Can I add expedited shipping or rush production to an order that has already been placed?

Yes, it may be possible! Since changes cannot be made directly through the system, please email us with your order number and required delivery date, and our team will check availability and advise on any additional fees.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Custom-sized dresses and final sale items are non-refundable. Please visit ourReturn Policypage for full details.

My dress arrived with a defect or doesn't match what I ordered. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will work quickly to resolve it with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Dress Care

How should I care for my dress?

Most of our dresses are made from delicate fabrics such as satin, lace, tulle, and chiffon. We recommend dry cleaning for best results. Store your dress in a breathable garment bag away from direct sunlight to preserve its color and shape.

Does my dress come with a garment bag?

Sorry. Garment bags are not included with most orders, but we highly recommend purchasing one to keep your dress protected during storage and transport. A breathable garment bag helps preserve the fabric, color, and shape of your dress long after your special day.
